PACE is a live events discovery platform that displays events, music, and nightlife on an interactive map. Event information is aggregated from public sources and third-party platforms.

PACE aggregates event data from multiple public sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that event details (dates, times, prices, locations) are correct or current. Always verify with the official event organizer or venue before attending.
The PACE name, logo, design, and original content are owned by PACE. Event data displayed may be sourced from third parties and remains the property of their respective owners.
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive occasional emails about PACE (launch updates, new features). You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].
PACE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on event information displayed.
PACE may link to third-party websites (ticketing platforms, venue pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Any disputes arising from the use of PACE will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
